Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. 

The first installment is due at registration, which guarantees your spot in the class. The installment paid for at registration and any account paid in full up front are non-refundable. 

There is a $25.00 late fee for any installment not paid by the 5th of each month. 

There is a $50.00 service charge for returned checks. 

All costumes must be paid in full by November 8, 2024 by cash or check separate from your monthly installments. 

There will be accessories needed for the Spring Recital that will be invoiced separately in January/February. (Fees depend on how any dances your dancer is in for the Spring Recital.)

There is a Program Fee for all dancers to have their pictures placed into the Spring Recital Program, this will be invoiced in February/March. (Fees depend on how any dances your dancer is in for the Spring Recital.)

There is a $70.00 per dancer or $105.00 per family Spring Recital fee, this price includes Videography of the Spring Recital.

There is a 4% convenience fee for all card transactions. 

Every account must have a current credit/debit card on file. 

All dancers must follow the MMDC dress code for classes, competitions, spring show pictures, and the Spring Show. 

Class space is limited, and a waiting list will be created when necessary.

MMDC follows all of Colonial Heights City School Systems' closings regarding major holidays and inclement weather.

There is no food or drink allowed in the dance rooms except for water. All other food and drink must remain in the lobby area. Which is to be cleaned up and kept clean at all times.

MMDC and/or its instructors are not liable for any injuries that occur during class, rehearsals, competitions or any performances that are held on or off the premises of MMDC. 

MMDC and/or its instructors are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
